Alemdağ Villa Landscape Design

A prestigious outdoor living project in Çekmeköy Alemdağ that brings aesthetics and everyday function into balance. Professional level solutions tailored to the sloping site divide the garden into two distinct characters of use.

The upper level, shaped for lively social living, stands as the villa’s main entertainment and leisure hub. A custom swimming pool, sun deck, and modern outdoor bar meet every expectation of luxury villa life. A thoughtfully placed fire pit and comfortable seating create a warm setting for evening gatherings. Beneath the bar structure, aligned with the stair run, a compact cabin is integrated as a space-saving, functional outbuilding.

In contrast to the upper level’s energy, the lower garden answers the need to reconnect with nature in a calm, naturalistic setting. An orchard here offers residents a peaceful, green-immersed way of living. Layered garden terracing turns the slope into an advantage, deepening spatial richness and everyday usability. Raising the bar for Çekmeköy villa landscape architecture, the project holds modern design elements and natural garden character in perfect balance.
